Univap is home to the Research and Development Institute (IP&D), a leading center for research and innovation that hosts Stricto Sensu graduate programs.

With a 10,000 m² infrastructure, IP&D features a Vivarium and the Multiuser Laboratory Center (CLM), providing technical and scientific support to public and private entities, as well as services for the community. Researchers and students have access to state-of-the-art laboratories, libraries, high-speed internet, and workstations, fostering an environment conducive to knowledge advancement and innovation.
